Update from yesterday: the 2nd interview/zoom call went better than I expected! I sent a thank you email to the organizer this morning, to which she responded within a few hours. She asked if I would be available next week for a follow up meeting with the managing partner.

Now I have one week to prepare. I'm cautiously optimistic and I have confirmed the agency, the team, and role. Is there something else I should do? What research should I do? What kind of questions would you have?

That sounds great! If you can do some research on the agency that might be helpful. It doesn't have to be anything in great depth, but being familiar with their work or with anything interesting they've been doing would probably be to your benefit. You want to be able to converse as if you could walk right into the job.

I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.

Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.
