How early do you start the mba process? Where do I begin? How to get study materials?

I have an intro call with a VP hiring for a brand director role. What might be the most common or hardest question a VP may ask for such a role? I’ve only held senior marketing roles and am about 10 years of experience. They sought me out (probably due to my last few years at agencies) or otherwise I wouldn’t have thought I’d qualify for such a title.

Left UK 5 years ago as Mgr because got fed up of low comp (and really, it’s the comp:houseprice ratio). Felt like unless you were in IB or Magic Circle law then getting on the property ladder was v difficult. But now wife wants to move back home - and trying to find the right moment when pay cut will be the smallest... Are there pathways to earn £180-200k as a Director at the Big4, or is Partner the only ticket to doing so?

I’m looking to formally pivot to HR. My experience has been a jack of all trades, operations, some HR, some finance, etc. I’m currently a Director of a federal agency that I’ve been with for 7 years. I’m looking to transition back into the private sector. Would a SHRM-SCP help with the transition and will the certification make a difference?

Despite the title here (I can’t seem to get a change to stick), I’m a senior UX designer who’s been at a company for 4.5 years. This week, I’ve adjusted my LinkedIn status to being “open to work”, for recruiters only — not actively seeking, just exploring options.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?

What's the protocol for adding internal portal mockups for a client to your portfolio? Is it expected, something that requires asking permission but is still generally OK, or frowned upon? I'm a developer trying to pivot to UX.

Nothing in the contract bc our SOW was originally dev only. If I need permission, I have a good rapport with the Corp Comm director and VP so would I contact them on LinkedIn, or is this something that's normally done through the employer?

Has anyone interviewed at Meta, and if you didn’t get the role did they provide feedback as to why?

Any tips for writing a self-review? I have low self esteem and think I’m bad at everything, so it’s hard to know what to put in ‘super powers’ and ‘areas of development’. Hello! I am a Sr. Product Designer at an enterprise SaaS company and am looking for some help!
I am having a difficult time meeting the expectations of the role because of my previous roles lack of management and more junior role responsibilities. I have been truly dedicating myself to becoming proficient in the necessary areas but am still struggling. Does anyone have any ideas or resource recommendations to help my really grow as a designer? Possibly a type of 1:1 tutoring/teaching sessions?

Looking to hire a head of product design for a consumer internet company. Will be a team of 10-15 product designer and UX researchers. What is the most important skill/capability should they have? And how would you interview them to determine if they had that skill/capability?
