Here In Deloitte India we are having 7% as top performance hike and 10% as promotion hike. Average goes below 5%. They are also crying to give 10% fixed pay 🤡🤡🤡. what a downgrade to the Deloitte brand. Its officially worst than TCS now. 🤐😒

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
