Feeling very frustrated right now…company talks a big game about DEI internally, while requiring new hires to move to Texas/Arizona, while the company’s PAC donates to politicians pushing extremist, regressive, anti-woman and anti-LGBT laws

They want to encourage us to “bring our whole self to work” while putting us in situations where we can’t be our whole self.

Anyone else in a similar place, feeling discouraged? Any tips?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. I'm now severely burnt out (most of my team is) and not sure which way to go, or how to grow. Any tips/advice?

Many companys are providing but rest not. As Company's are planning to extend WFH so we should be given allowances. Many of us don't have comfortable Chairs and suitable table for office work purpose at our home.

Hi, I got a call from HR of tech Mahindra on 6th of july that I was selected nd need to submit the documents and then they will release the offer but till now they haven't released the offer letter. Tried contacting HR but she told that some last clearance should come to release my offer letter. Could anyone please tell me how long do I need to still wait?
