Sent 2 policy limits demands. Adjuster offered $60k both times because they don’t see a “causal relationship” without offering us any articulated supporting facts.

The insured is a Radiologist, he appears to own a home valued over $2M.

Is this policy open? Best approach? Thoughts?

Basic reason relocation?

I’m a PR manager with 5 years of experience and have been applying for copywriting, project management and comms strategy positions with no luck. I’ve been applying since April and have only had 2 interviews. Any advice on how best to transition or what other fields I can look into?

Currently a senior 3 at EY and hope to get promoted to manager next year by October. Is it better to move over to BCG after promotion as a project leader? Or would that not be a lateral move as a EY manager?

A move to Big5( BDO included) from EY, considering the split going to happen is good or bad? The opportunity in the competition is a good one, i will be going as a Manager and it's a pilot process and possible growth in Long run. Please let me know your thoughts.

Been at SEI 10 years, star of every team that I've worked on, and only make $87,000 annually with a $6,500 IC target. Asking for an increase this June to take me to $100,000 in some combination of salary and/or stock options. It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.
