Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. As a technical point on the protests. Whose responsibility is it to shut down the protests? The law not to protest outside a judges house is federal. So the FBI? Should they be getting more scrutiny for not acting since they’re (supposedly) not a political arm of the government? But riot/protest control is not really their remit. They would enlist local PD to enforce? Similarly, if the locals said enough of this, is the applicable local/state law to act blocking a street? Not having a permit?
