Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. I dont really feel comfortable in this role - the team is on its 40th sprint and they know all what to do,i on the other hand feel demotivated since there is not a lot to in the entire day - i want to work and learn and i am not sure if the role is such or there is some problem w me? Had a phone call last week with T15 adcom inquiring if they had additional merit funds. Adcom said she would pass my name to scholarship committee and would only hear back if I was granted more aid. She did say she would follow up with me as we got closer to deposit deadline (end of month). Should I email her for a follow up or schedule another phone call or just wait for her to follow up with me?

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).

Background: I have >8YOE and earn >100k€ in Europe and have been doing a Masters in Management next to working full time; and I'm almost done; However I failed an exam thrice (each time on the exam date I had important projects to run) now I need to find an MBA/MSC programme where I can transfer a lot of my already earned credits, any ideas here guys? Or should I just leave it- It was basically the last exam before starting my thesis..
