No one has so much energy left that they will target those named individuals intentionally or unnecessarily. There is no 360 degree feedback in this organization, leaders can do whatever they feel like doing, block opportunities of hard working people, encourage or promote their favorites, do tu tadak in meetings, crack sexist jokes during offsites...and juniors are expected to keep their mouth shut right? Where are they supposed to go? Report on Amber or to Nihar Mathur? Who has got justice if they raised voice against anyone? It seems that mental health or reputation of only the privileged ones matter here and other employees are slaves to bear the insult and toxicity. #ShameOnDTDL Leadership.
Discussions should focus on issues and facts - and not individuals. Who creates the issues? AI tools or Individuals or some Ghosts? No one usually has problems with organization. People come to work for an organization to build their career, earn salary and run their family. But some arrogant individuals or think that they own this workplace and can decide the fate or career of their subordinates. If they would have been good enough , no one would waste their precious time in writing about the things taking place here. Neither this place is permanent nor anyone's job.
And now some HR guy or bootlicker will enter and say that the person writing this has got PME...which makes absolutely no sense. Because the reality of calibration meetings and 10 percent layoff is not a hidden thing anymore.
The repeated targeting of individuals through posts, comments, or public discussions is unacceptable and must stop immediately.
Personal harassment or public criticism directed at individuals is inconsistent with workplace standards. Discussions should focus on issues and facts—not specific people.
We expect everyone to maintain a respectful environment. Further incidents may be reviewed, and appropriate action may be taken.
Respect for colleagues is not optional—it is an expectation.
People’s opinions vary. One person may like someone while another may not. Avoid naming individuals on public platforms, you never know when you might be the next target.
Its not about liking or disliking a person .
People in power develop hatred towards a particular person and ensure they get removed from the company through any means possible.
Such people should be named without shame..
