We finally got rid of a toxic leader, and for a moment it felt like things would get better. But the fear, the fake positivity, the “say nothing” survival mode they created… it’s all still here. It’s like the trauma outlived the person. Can a workplace actually heal after long-term dysfunction, or does the damage always stick around?

How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
