Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. As I have completed my bond period, I would like to move to another company. Current company is offering me 70k take home and pf around 1500 to 1800 every month. I am planning to switch. In pur company policy you have to resign first then search for jobs. How is the market now? Is it a right time to switch. Currently am getting in hand 30k. If i switch can i get good package?
