We need more office humor. Yesterday I was on a video call and my colleague start raising his desk from sitting to standing during the meeting. Someone notice and asked if his desk was moving. He replied, “yeah, I’m really moving up in the world!”

It cracked everyone up and really lightened the mood. I can use more giggle today. Anyone have any office antics to share?

Fresher MBA here , got campus placed in ICICI Bank . The role was not made clear when they were taking us for campus placement. Now I think I am in very intense field work role as a RM mortgage. Should I stick in it for better future aspects or immediately switch due to huge field work.

I'm working at a startup where I feel like I've spent as much time trying to deal with product issues vs working on roadmap items. I get this is bound to happen in a start up but is this common? I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them.
