I had this exact experience early in my career. Went for an interview at a small company that I thought was going well, though the owner clearly had very little idea what he was talking about. When I asked about compensation, he seemed genuinely shocked. Asked why he should be paying me for that. Imagine if all professions were treated that way. "You want me to PAY YOU for fixing my car? That's not even a thing."

As a marketing expert who relies heavily on social media marketing I have to say, physical billboard advertising is cheap as heck. They can be pricey if you don’t have a media buyer for the standard billboards but they are cheap if you do it right. Also, digital billboards are incredibly cheap and you can change the creative within minutes!

I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional? Any tips on secondary color grading? Premier pro the slider and dropper they have isn’t quite precise so i often am having to taken on more colors and be limited than use only a small piece of skin. Any advice would be amazing.
