Went for this job interview in March and they only offered me in end May because the 1st choice they hired will be resigning (they mentioned the person cannot take instructions well and like fast paced work) and I am their 2nd choice.

Should I accept this offer? This job allow me to learn more and there is good increase in salary but my bonus will be coming in July and they are not able to wait.

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
