Tell her that you have 45 days... Attend all rounds, once you get selected tell HR it is 90 days.
Will she agree, because I told her 90 days in the first conversation?
First thing I have seen recruiters accepting 15-30 days of leverage time. If you say 45 days notice and cleared the interview rounds and all they will agree on 60 days joining. But yeah first they give joining date of 45 days only. But later ask some more time, most probably they will agree if they really need you and they haven't hired any extra resource for that role and project. If it's bulk pool hiring then sorry you might lose the opportunity. So clear it in managerial round itself whether I am being hired for a specific role or its a resource pool hiring. This will be easy then. They can agree on 2 weeks of more time because they don't want to restart the hiring process again😀
But still our doubts will be what if they didn't agree. I know this is difficult but roads are always like this only. In this case, call current company HR, buyout the notice. If not agreeing medical certificate etc etc keep hustling I know this will be tensed time but we don't have any options. If new company agrees to buyout take money from them 😀
I would suggest not to start serving notice period until you have a valid offer in hand.
PS: There are companies which will accept 90 days notice period.
