Went through 6 interview rounds (incl. assignment + presentation) at ANSR Global. Got positive feedback and was asked for sensitive documents—salary slips, PAN, UAN, offer letters. After sharing everything, the recruiter went silent. On follow-up, I was told they were “still evaluating candidates.” Collecting confidential documents before a final decision and then ghosting is unprofessional and irresponsible. Candidates deserve better.
