Mckinsey Fishes: I have a clarifying question about PEI! I’ve heard many conflicting opinions on what the length and duration of the overview and story itself should be. In particular, people think it’s either 1) provide an upfront 2min overview of the story and go deeper once the interviewer asks follow up or 2) the overview being 30 sec with the actual story being 5 min + interruptions between. Based on your perspective, which one is more accurate?
