Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he

Hello fam. T&E is back online.
Deloitte experienced hires, who all received written offers and in process of visa/ onboarding, have you heard back anything about hiring freeze? Or recruiter asked you to delay joining date?
My visa got submitted couple of days back and waiting for decision. When I reached out to recruiter to give her an update and mentioned once there’s decision will discuss on the start date before putting my 2 weeks, she mentioned “Yes, we should talk before you put notice” - Am I overthinking? Definitely a PC. Office products on Mac are nearly unusable (different menus, no shortcuts, etc) and will most likely drastically limit your ability to do your core functions as a consultant.
Only thing that is true here is the lack of native Visio app and you have to use the web version or run Visio under a Windows vm

PC for productivity. Macs are like the Bentley that you drive occasionally to McD’s
When I started with deloitte I made a Mac a condition of my employment. Ie I would rather work somewhere else than be stuck on Windows.
For future reference everyone, just negotiate your preferred computer into your employment conditions.
I been on a Mac at another Big4… I am in advisory and I have been told that my PowerPoint foo is superior to most that are on windows. Choose what you feel more comfortable… Skype I never use instead on zoom and teams… Skype was cool in late 90s early 2000 along with ICQ and AOL messenger … they will be removing that soon but for what it is worth I have Skype on my Mac and turn it on once in a while with no issues
You get to pick? I just started at Deloitte and was given an HP - pretty happy with it so far
They gave me a dell. Has good specs i7 16Gb RAm with SSD.
I’m in A&C doing mostly data science and have a Mac. I do have some Skype issues but overall I’m really glad I took it. I obviously use it every day so I’d rather it be the OS I prefer.
Are there any Skype or other issues when using a Mac at Deloitte? I will be joining soon and would prefer a Mac
If you're in CBO CE you can get a MacBook just have to get approval but that is pretty much just rubber stamped. All the engineers on my team have MacBooks. Most that are more managers tend to stick with windows.
Is there any way I can request one? I’m currently only 1 year in and it says my next refresh will be in 12 months. Would I need a justification for having a Mac? In consulting and all I do is make ppts and write emails.
