We're asked to inflate numbers slightly to look good for a grant report. Everyone says it's 'no big deal', but I feel icky about it. What to do?

They have a plan to fire my coworker and I already for making safety complaints.

I’m interviewing with a non-profit tomorrow. I have 5 YoE in non-profit marketing with 7 total for marketing. The role lists a range for compensation between $65-70k. Ideally I’d like to make no less than $75k, but am excited for this opportunity.
