I try to post an engagement post each day on teams with random questions I’ve found on Pinterest. We all work remotely so it can sometimes be hard to get everyone to engage. We also do a monthly meeting non work related and will do different activities. I just started doing a team member spotlight to incorporate our company core values as well and have their team nominate them so everyone feels recognized at some point.

The best thing I've found to build camaraderie is good old dinner and drinks. Just talking to people, not about work, to get to know them. Big projects that require lots of discussion of work topics are also good for team building.
My customer service team works from home. I keep them engaged with regular contests and competitions where they can earn bonus money. We hold weekly zoom meetings. I try to get them involved in the meeting when I can. One week, I assigned each of them one of our most popular products/services and had each of them go and research it by asking other departments, managers and technicians. Then on the next meeting I had them each share what they learned, instead of them just listening to me talk for half an hour.
Twice weekly check in calls to talk about whatever.
I think calls with smaller groups help a lot
The most memorable was an offsite escape room...it was really refreshing to see the people who solve 80% of the problems in the office were the same people who got us out of the room on time
