How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

I think when the trades or awards shows deem a Spanish creative from Madrid a “POC,” or a Malaysian creative new to America gets put on a diversity panel and has to field questions about how brands can best handle celeb spokes athletes kneeling during the National Anthem, there’s a disconnect.
^I’ve seen that with awesome creatives brought in from Latin American. They are expected to have a perspective on the US Hispanic market but Latinx ppl are not a monolith. Why can’t we seem to support the POC that are born and raised here trying to climb that ladder.
ADCOLOR.org is a good place to start.
Occasionally the trades will do diversity articles or lists of multicultural creatives, but they’re not really good at highlighting minorities in America vs. random international hires, so everyone local gets overshadowed by a long list of H-1B visa hires from Asia, Europe or South America who arrived on US soil a year ago.
Not consistently
@o1 so real whst you said. I see this a lot. You think we have a bias towards local poc vs international poc?
Sounds like something that this industry needs
