Lol I don't think so! Nobody on my team is showing up in a suit but we're all dressed in business casual. Shorts on men are generally not allowed, but slacks and a polo or button up short sleeve shirt are kind of the basic uniform

Thanks!
That's a little bit too casual for my office, lol. Maybe it was a very specifically casual client, but even then… We are still very much business casual in our office.
Rising Star
Yeah we are business casual too!
Guess it depends on the prospect! I’m in midi skirts and blouses mostly. Summer has been brutal, and the office hasn’t been kept sub-arctic like it normally is.
Rising Star
lol I guess so!
No, I must say that seems way too casual. I mean, we're not dressing like it's dinner at Downton Abbey, but a Corona t-shirt would be way out of line. We're locked in on business casual, heat wave or not.
Rising Star
lol downtown abbey!
No that is definitely not normal. We still have to follow a dress code, even with it being as hot as it is. I have been wearing dresses and nice sandals most of the summer.

Thanks!

That’s way too lax, business casual is still summer fashion.
Rising Star
I agree!
