Hey guys, Since I am working in Deloitte and right now, I am working from home. I want to go Nepal for 2 months and I want to work from there. Do I need to tell my manager or simply I can go there and start my work. Is there any obligation?
Note- I don't want to tell anyone. Since it may backfire sometimes

One of the most rewarding parts of my HR role is telling the stories of our people. I love meeting team members, learning about the unique work they do, and sharing those stories in ways that celebrate their impact. It’s a privilege to shine a light on the heart of the organization.
I actually really love working with our interns and doing onboarding for them. We've had such good cohorts of interns who come in so "bright eyed and bushy tailed." I really enjoy seeing them grow over the summer too!
I always get secretly excited when somebody successfully negotiates for higher pay. I love seeing their happiness, and knowing I did what I could to support them, even if I don't necessarily get credit for it.

Aw that’s great, definitely a great feeling of job satisfaction there!
One positive task that always brings a smile to my face is organising team-building activities. Seeing everyone come together, laugh, and strengthen their connections always brightens my day!

That’s good I like that, sounds like you have a great time with everyone getting on together very well, that can make all the difference!
I don’t know. Ever since I got promoted my life has been mostly handling other people‘s problems and an endless mountain of paperwork. I’m not sure moving up to a direct role was worth it.
