Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Based on my experience, it wouldn’t be no. While at university I created and operated a marketplace for a niche which I then closed( lack of time and poor market fit). Created with some coding and no-coding tools.
All related questions usually focus on my decision making process for the product itself “what metrics and why?”, “why did you decide to create this?”, “how did you get feedback”, “what did you include in your MVP and why?” (Adding the why myself to point out they wanted my rationale rather than a list of items). No interviewers ever got in the technical coding side of things.
As a personal site requires little to no decision making, I don’t feel it would be a valuable. I suggest you use the time to develop technical skills (eg data analysis/A/B testing) or product sense.
That’s some solid advice. Thanks everyone!
You're probably better off focusing on highlighting how you deal with things, how you map them out, etc.
It's nice to have knowledge, but not a must. I agree with the others, it's the decision-making behind it that they will be more interested in, and understanding your thought process as that's the crux of the role
You don't need to be a developer to be a PM. I have no coding experience and am a PM.
Also, Squarespace is better.
