I don’t have a link to this, but my son said it was the best chicken he’s had lol.
Pat dry chicken drumsticks and score them
Add chicken to a large bowl
Add olive oil, about 2tbs or more garlic and herb seasoning, 1tsp or more paprika, 1/4 cup or more of Japanese bbq sauce (like Kinders brand). Marinate the chicken for at least 30 min in fridge.
Cook chicken in air fryer at 400 for 20 min or until done! So good and easy
Anything in the crockpot is a winner.

Does everyone who relies on crockpot have recipes you can truly just dump everything in and cook? I find a lot require pre cooking of meat or throwing stuff in at different time intervals. Which I realize is still “easy” but….. 😂
This is a great place for chat gpt. I tell it what ingredients I have at home, I can specify that it should be healthy, easy, and kid friendly.
I have done a beef stroganoff, white chicken chili, beef stew and blueberry muffins that my 3 year old helped make. If I like a recipe but want it scaled or to replace an ingredient I ask for an edit.
OMG!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I haven't thought of this!!!! You're the best! Best comment
I have a crock pot chili that the whole family adores. Yes, you have to cook the meat before, but then it’s literally toss everything in and ignore until dinner.
That said, I also have a lovely pot roast in the crock pot recipe that it entirely dump everything in and leave it be. Several variants, actually, depending on whether we want Italian, classic, or Mexican style.
Sheet pan chicken fajitas. I do the prep myself, but you could buy pre-cut chicken breast tenders and pre-cut onions and peppers to make it even easier. Canned beans and fixings round it out.
And crockpot ones with minimal prep:

We love Mississippi chicken! Over rice, on a hoagie, however you want it! When I shred the chicken, I like to set some aside without the peppers to make it not spicy for my kids https://www.saltandlavender.com/mississippi-chicken/#wprm-recipe-container-58678

Agree with crockpot - tons of beef recipes. Will look for recipes and get back to you
