With that background, you should be well set up for a Manager exit at a startup in analytics / ML Ops / data strategy.
Career progression within DET varies; some Seniors move on to Manager roles within there after 3-5 years, some have exited to different companies (including FAANG/MAANG).

My gf just got a job at EY and I just wanted to move over for more money. Also looking for advise from the bowl whether I should go with EY or just apply to MAANG directly.
For career progression, I heard you have progression point like Staff 1,2, etc. Accenture has levels that we can aim toward to.
Another question…does DET have up or out culture?
