I moved from being customer service at a call center to doing it remotely from home, and it's such a game changer. I just sit around in my pajamas, relaxed. Has anyone else switched to 100% remote work?

Absolutely! This is my favorite part of working remotely, now I don't want to go back to working in the office.

Yes! Been working remotely for 2 years now and I would never go back to working in an office. Once you taste the sweet ability to stay home and make money, it is difficult to go back to how things were before.

My favorite part of working from home is not even staying home, is the fact that I don't have to worry about my outfit when going to the office. I wear sweatpants and no one ever sees them!

My company offered us a chance to stay remotely or going back to the office 3x a week. I decided to stay home. I get to do the same, I earn the same, why would I choose to leave my house if there are no incentives?

Sadly no, I've never worked remotely. My office has always wanted us to come in for whatever reason, so sadly there is no way for me to work remotely. I probably should change jobs, I wonder how many good opportunities out there are remotely!

I quit my job 2 months ago, and started a new one.

The new job that I have looks good on paper (can buy PTO, programs, WFH 60%, etc.), but my other company just feels like home.

I miss the people, I miss the growth opportunities, I miss how much I learned everyday, I miss how supportive my Manager was. It truly feels like I’m missing “home”.

Should I stick the new job out for longer, or should I reach out to my previous employer?

We’re looking to hire an internal content writer for website and social media content, and are looking for someone with 2-4 years experience. I’ve been reading back and forth if someone with this experience would already be considered “senior” versus “junior” versus mid/level? I’m not specifically looking for industry experience, as much as type of writing - blogs, SEO content for website enhancement, and social. We’re trying to the right title, plus it’d be remote full time.

NDAs for Nannies? I was wondering how everyone who is doing some work from home during covid handles in-house caregivers? Obviously we all take all steps to protect confidential information and realistically a caregiver isn't going to be exposed to anything we do, but does anyone require an NDA just to be on the safe side? (I dont have an in home caregiver yet, but just thinking about it.)

Curious what everyone's salary, OTE, and total comp is based on experience.

Assuming my review is good, should I ask for more base, higher OTE for a larger bonus, or more immediately vested equity?

Base: $130k
OTE: $190k
Health & dental: 100% covered
Fully remote
Equity after one year 25%, then accrued monthly for 3 years until 100% vested
YoE in SaaS: 3 years (worked in a different industry for 12 years)
