What’s a summer and winter car exactly?
That’s not a lifestyle creep, that is dumb. Even if you were trying to play rich, that makes zero sense. Lifestyle creep would be buy a winter cottage. Or booking a luxury trip. Buying a summer car and winter car is an idea usually dreamt up by kids who are around 10 yo

There was a piece in the NY Times a few weeks ago about people spending thousands of dollars a month on meal delivery services. My cousin got a job offer, bought a work wardrobe because they have to be in the office, and had the offer rescinded two days before the scheduled start date... and they had already given notice to their current employer. That's real creepy.

That's wild, am I silly for only having one car? 😆 my worst example of someone I know with lifestyle creep was my colleague who bought a timeshare before they actually bought a house. They thought they could treat the timeshare like a regular home and live in it full-time. I have absolutely no idea how they didn't know to do their research.
That’s not lifestyle creep. That’s an idiot.

How often did you get that?
