For me it has been a friend buying a summer and a winter car before getting laid off 6 months after buying it right after graduating from college. In Hyderabad what could be a starting salary frm a startup for a penetration testing fresher ?

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

PwC Pricing and Profitability practice. Senior associate offer at $123k plus 15k sign on. Offering another 7.5k if I agree in 24 hrs. Any advice where I should land?

For >20 YOE, multiple companies founded, highly technical, patents, academic papers, former F10 Director… even in a T3 city, $240k TC in consulting seems low, right? Not complaining at all just not sure what direction to go for higher comp.
