Lol no. Very off.

Given the inherent pyramid shape of employee levels, I'd be shocked if the median *salary* at B4/ACN is higher than $125k +/- $10k, especially since they all have sizable government components that generally have lower pay bands.
No. Tech companies have salary caps and most of the TC will be RSU.
I don’t even understand how good this exercise is or what you’re trying to accomplish.

I want to estimate the median TC, say Deloitte has 50k empoyees in the US, 25k make more than 200k and 25k make less than 200k TC
Way off. I contribute to a Dependent FSA and at the end of last year I got a notice for some tax thing as I was listed as being in the top 20% of pay. I was making 181,000 as a SM at the time. Partners are excluded so it’s lower than you think. Even with Partners there’s less of them so doubt it moves the needle that much.
I’m only going to comment on the awful estimation exercise you’ve done here..
You’d have to assume there are more pre-EM/PL level folks on the consulting staff at MBB’s, so median will most like be a post mba consultant ($200-220 total comp)
At Faangs, comp varies vastly by function or ladder. At comparable levels, Swe and pm > pmm or strategy > finance, ops etc. So if you pick PM, the ones making $400k+ usually have 4-5+ years of experience and are probably a minority. The median is probably the level below lead PM so I’d assume the range there is $250-300 TC

Half all your numbers and you are closer
Tech doesnt pay double consulting
What level are we talking here lol
Who hired you as a consultant? You would fail any case estimation exercise with that kind of assumption!
Second this comment. Fail on op.
This is so wrong. Even the vast majority of people at FAANG make less than 200k. 400k is the realm of top performers in almost any field, or people who got lucky (on stock, etc.)
