Yes! Employers complain about employees jumping around every 2 yrs, but they also aren’t making it worth it for employees to stay.
Figure out the value in what you are doing before agreeing to everything. I used to take on so many projects and work tasks for nothing. It didn’t move me up, didn’t pay me more, just gave me more stress because I didn’t ask myself before if that was something for my goals or me just being the yes person.

I’ve unfortunately learned that hard work ≠ extra pay. I’ve kind of ended up in a low growth position, and I was overworking myself trying to progress. I finally realized that my efforts were diminishing returns and decided to focus on WLB for a while. Eventually I’ll have to change companies to achieve growth, but for now, I’m enjoying a full social life again.
