What is travel like in FDD?
I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Sounds like there is definitley something going on, especially is she hasn't done this before. I would sit down with her as soon as possible or see if she would feel more comfortable talking with the school counselor. Could be anything from intense nerves to trouble at home. After I figure out the reason, I'd probably give her a chance to retake it. Stuff happens unexpectedly, and being a middle school girl is hard enough already.
Check in with the student, especially if this is the first time it's happened and previous tests haven't been this hard on them. If this is the first test you've ever given the student, they may just have test anxiety. I'd probably offer them an opportunity to re-take it, untimed, perhaps after school if that seemed like a workable option.
