Wow, that seems almost impossible and so amazing!
25 years.
I had good days and bad days like everyone else, but mostly I was very happy.
A position opened up at a magnet school just as my youngest was leaving for college, so it seemed like a perfect time, I knew the new job would keep me busy both physically & mentally, giving me less time to miss him. I applied and honestly was surprised I got it so fast. My new students are brilliant and so amazing to teach.
13 years. And I would have stayed longer if the current admin hadn't spent 3 years making my life miserable because he didn't like me on a personal level.

I'm so sorry, as professionals you have to work with lots of people you don't like, it is sad that he couldn't be a professional about it.

I'm sorry to hear that... honestly that is my biggest fear working for a charter school. I am not certified and cannot just pick up and move to public school.
12 years and this is probably my last at this school. Admin is toxic!

I am so sorry! Admin are a make or break for a campus. I do almost anything as long as I have a caring and considerate admin team.
