No it's not a technical round. It's more of a behavioural round. Just read about Barclays values and mindset which you can fine on its website. You may be ask specific examples to showcase where in your past organisations you have demonstrated those values or mindset. While this is not a technical round but can still be an elimination round. good luck!

Its a non technical interview, they will ask how did you incorporated Barclays values in your previous projects, how did you handle data, business scenario, team handling, also some deep dive in some of your projects. Basically they will look if you are compatible to work in their team/company or not

Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?
