Yeah as a seasonal contractor. Or if your firm offers flexible work arrangements. Can work 20 hours per week minimum and 90% maximum on FWA

Our firm has lots of auditors on flex work arrangements!

Yup I work part time (60%)

Anyone know if FWA gets overtime?

Nope you just say no to additional hours. It’s called a flexible work arrangement. Not a “pay me more” arrangement

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Now HR is restarting my ET as a new employee. I realize I left, but not on bad terms and I am an exemplar and respected employee. I thought I’d have the upper hand with the nursing shortage but I’m getting the “rules are rules” response. Help!?!

Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. Hence multiple options in hand is necessary nowadays. Infosys Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies

Does FSO (Financial Services Office) have the same busy season as every other industry? Is it easier or harder?

At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? (PA, consulting, or industry roles) Currently have 2 years of external audit experience and 2 years of forensics: I always thought of internal audit as a decent exit but I’m beginning to get worried about getting too specialized to make that move one day
