What % of hike and % of bonus can someone expect in Deloitte India in June 2026 if someone is joining in December 2025 as deputy manager (least to highest %) based on past few years?

Advice on taking the SHRM-SCP exam? I’m taking the exam tomorrow and not feeling as prepared as I should. Who has taken the SCP exam? How difficult did you find it?

Career advice?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.

Any opinions/tips?

I feel like the majority of partners in my section lack organization, leadership ability, management skills, or even good client management skills.
