I've recently started renting out a property I own as an Airbnb. It's a lot more work than I thought it would be, and navigating customer satisfaction has been tricky. But I think it will definitely be worth it. I've been surprised by how demanding some people can be though!

That’s good perspective! I feel like people get into it thinking it’s fast money but it actually requires a lot of factors.
two rentals and instagram- rentals definitely more work but when you find the right tenants it’s amazing. also have a social media page that brings a few grand a year this was a lot more work in the upfront

I work at a daycare, but I've started dog sitting and babysitting on the side. It's actually been pretty decent, especially because I started using the app called Rover. I've had about 20 dog sits so far with a few more scheduled, and I'm making a couple hundred dollars a month on average. It's a decent amount for getting to play with a bunch of cute puppies!
Built a hyper-niche Chrome extension for e-commerce sellers to auto-track competitor pricing.

If it doesn’t pay or teach? Kill it fast.
My wife started her own meal prep service, and it has slowly become my side gig, too. She works completely solo and has been growing with order placements. So, yeah, my wife hired her first employee.
Dog walking. I WFH and have a lot of spare time throughout my day, so I've started walking my neighbors' dogs after seeing a request post on the neighborhood FB page. It's not crazy money, but I love dogs and getting outside, so it's not bad as far as side hustles go. The biggest surprise for me has been how bad I am with physical cash 😂. I spend way more when I have it on me than I do when I use my credit card. I need to get better about taking it directly to the bank.
