What would be an average EBITDA multiple for a wholesale distribution company?

I know it won’t make a big difference in the payslip as it’s a taxable benefit but is it worth keeping the private medical in the UK? All this time I’ve never used it and we need to go through the NHS first anyway for pretty much everything.
