Exercise has done wonders for me for managing stress and anxiety In addition to getting better sleep at night. I have a consistent exercise and sleep routine. I eat the same things every day (no processed foods, sugar or food dyes as those make my symptoms SO much worse).
I do these things because they work best for me but everyone is different. Best of luck!
Exactly what I was hoping and needing…Perfect! Thank you!
exercise helps my appetite, helps my daily routine, helps me sleep, helps me stay focused if i do it in the morning and wind down if i do it before bed
Exactly what I need! Thank you so much!
Yes it does! I notice a major difference when I’m not exercising or staying active in some way. It helps me with the restlessness and consistent overanalyzing aspects of my ADHD. I also am consistent with what I eat, when I eat, and where I eat.
S/n: Completing daily cardio helps with the “To-Do List”. It jumpstarts the things I’ve successfully completed in a timely manner. ☺️😎🥳
I make it a practice to do some form of cardio everyday and intense cardio HIIT sessions 3x a week. My daily cardio ranges from riding my bike, walking 3miles, or dancing it out, lbvs.
I do notice a major difference with working before my day begins, vs., after work. When I exercise before work, I feel I am far more efficient and productive. When I’m exercising after work, it tends to be more of a decompression session, lol. I love the steamroom and sauna as well. Hope this helps! 😊
Yes, I would say it does help. I have had a 6 days a week routine for quite some time. I really do feel like it helps me to stay on task. I work out first thing in the morning and it helps me to get going first thing in the morning and have energy thorughout the day.
