What's an example of a time you can think of when your HR team really held it down for you and made an amazing change for your company? I'm trying to get my HR team to be more supportive and, more importantly, innovative for the team, and would love to offer some real-life examples to them to get them started in the right direction. If you're happy to share, please do in the comments!

One time, our HR team introduced a flexible work schedule policy after gathering feedback from the team. It was a game-changer in terms of work-life balance and overall employee satisfaction. I think starting with something that directly impacts team well-being can show HR how innovation doesn’t always have to be big to be meaningful. Have you brought up flexibility as an option?

This is awesome !

Our HR fought for longer paternal leave in our company, which sadly wasn't a thing at all.

Amazing!

Recently our HR team has been redoing our onboarding and training. Still in the process and they have been extremely open to feedback not just from the newer employees, but everyone. Really think it is going to be a huge help for the long term of the company.

We all have the ability to work remotely.

I meant to add we can also go into the office whenever we like

Also, this is not as great as remote work, but it’s still great: always tons of yummy and healthy snacks!
