How long will it take for the incumbent to receive revised compensation offer ? No grade change was discussed will that be decided by HR or not required

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?

They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Good morning… My internal audit team is saying that ALL changes, even changes related to maintenance must go through the change request approval process and should be in included in ISSO dashboards. Currently all changes are logged via SPLUNK. Is there new guidance that I don’t know about?

I have a splunk question…. When would it be appropriate to use a dashboard instead of the actual logs to validate that all changes are being logged. My client uses dashboards to monitor higher risk changes in real time. It is not intended to “monitor or capture “ all changes. I think this is incompetence on the part of the assessment team
