Anyone else feel seriously misunderstood?

Hello I looked up the average Patient access supervisor salary in my area and used that to ask for $35x hour but was brought back down to $30. Anyone know if it’s worth this salary? My gut tells me take the job for the experience!

Any idea about recession in IT..?
I am hearing lot of hiring freez news and also firing employees. I also got some offers but they have stopped due to hiring freez.
Will this be scenario only for November December due to holidays or same will be the case later.
I want to switch but not getting calls and after some rounds they are giving hiring freez reason.
What should I do in this case, wait till January or any other suggestions..

Have started going on dates with a guy. Our dates don’t seem to be consistent. One date is great and the next date is just ok. Is this normal?

Spend so much time managing people’s feelings and mood to get work or get work done. So exhausting, I am ok with machines replacing us all.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

Does anyone know why all of the conversations that I see are locked? Is there something I need to do in order to respond to post?

Tweaked my back squatting today (I have always had tight hamstrings so I assume it originated from there) and now the pain is permeating to my hip flexors. Literally hurts like a b unless I’m completely horizontal or standing up. Anyone got any stretches for me??

What’s a healthier alternative to Botox and fillers? Can I add anything into my diet or use a topical solution? Although price is a factor, I’m looking for something sustainable (so I don’t need to go every 6 months).
