Nope. ZS is cutting costs and promotions cost money. They’re looking for any justification not to promote us.

They can try and tell you that the metrics are the same as always (dots, reviews, etc) but it was much easier to get promoted when the company was rolling in money.

I just promoted someone pretty easily who was deserving. I mean eventually there’s a cap for Enterprise and admins. Take legal for example, probably don’t need more than one chief risk officer.
