What’s the lateral market like for NQs right now? Especially for regulatory roles like Financial Services

Senior Creative in Copenhagen. 8 years experience, good pitch record, several awards. Currently making 65K converted. Does anyone have insight into ranges in comparable European cities? I know the level is lower than e.g. London, but what about Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam etc?

Does B4 let people go the same day as their resignation only if they’re going to a direct competitor? How about MBB or a tier 2 consulting firm?

Have people been let go immediately in case they go to FAANG or other industry firms?

In final stage interview for Product Manager position at Early Stage VC startup. The company convo is coming up soon and I am looking at asking 140K base, 20K sign on, and 40K equity. Is this reasonable am I selling myself short (or too high), I’m coming from consulting.

The combination of the 'W','X','Y' and 'Z' codes identity a specific trend
I am extracting data which includes multiple combinations of these codes. What is the best way to show frequency of the codes against the category it is assigned to
