What’s everyone doing in this heat??
Does anybody know if you can switch employer on sponsorship?from outside UK
My situation:I have filled visa and waiting for it from few weeks with company A and don’t want to join then because I have better offer from company B. Company B wants me to withdraw my visa application so they can file a new one for me and they r telling me they can’t generate my CoS until I withdraw application.How shall I withdraw my visa until I don’t even have CoS from company B??

If your goal is to live in it long term, don’t look at it as an investment and just a place of enjoyment. If you intend to upsize in less than 5 years I would consider renting and then buying the place you actually want.
Really depends on your goals. Purely to grow money? Look at investing. To have stability over where you live, own property, and want a home, look at property
Buy a freehold house
Houses have fared slightly better but from an investment perspective, still a substandard use of capital is it not?

Should start going up again once affordability rises with lower interest rates. People need places to live. Good time to buy in my opinion
All BS. Anyone remotely financially literate will think otherwise. Like I said, fairytale mindset.
Prices are falling because of a surplus of new built flats with inflated service charges, compounded by a number of private landlords exiting the market due to punitive tax regime and Renters Rights Bill.
