PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

First and foremost, thank you and don’t listen to the critics, this is a very altruistic post (unless you’re just in it for the referral bonus). We’re actually acquiring a ton of experienced hires from EY-P, sounds like the action is going both ways. Any thoughts as to why?
Honestly the integration wasn’t managed well at all at first which led to a lot of legacy P senior folk jumping ship. This wasn’t just brand dilution but disrespect. During integration some senior legacy partners were essentially demoted and not told until they saw the new org chart which really didn’t go over well. This lead to a bad taste in their mouth (understandably) and that tumbled down

Not cutthroat like Deloitte. Collaborative, nice, and smart folks.
WLB in strategy depends on what kind of projects you’re on. Some get lucky with 45 hours a week. Others on DDs work 60-70 hours

Any idea on the comp range at Senior Manager (now Senior Director) level at EY-P. Lets say at SM 3, what are we looking at from Base and Bonus perspective?
M1s in Parthenon are starting at $200k + bonus. EY-P needs to significantly increase their SD pay this year.
What’s EYP senior director comp look like (base/bonus)....also what are typical metric targets (sales or cross sell, MR, utilization)
Second EY3 comment. “Senior Director” is the market facing title of a Senior Manager who work within EYP.
