I’ve noticed that ever since return-to-office mandates, some coworkers seem to spend more time looking busy than actually being productive. Lots of extra meetings, spreadsheets open but untouched, and long email chains that don’t really accomplish much. Is this just a side effect of rigid in-office policies, or do you think it's always been part of government work? Have you seen this happen in your agency, and how do you deal with it?

What will be the take home salary at HCL Technologies with 23,00,000 CTC (21,70,000 Fixed+ 2,30,000 Variable) considering I invest the entire 1.5 lac for 80(c) and 50k for NPS?
