22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Any books? youtubers? etc. How did you all learn about it?

During the pandemic we started incorporating SparkHire for one way video interviews and now my hiring managers are super attached to it. It was intended to cut down on rounds of interviews - one SparkHire + 1 in person meeting. But now I'm seeing a lot of candidates drop off and not follow through on the spark hire. Is there any argument to hold onto one way video interviews anymore or should I drop it?

Do most firms start reporting years in September or January? Prior firm did an August year for counting hours and then another did January (both Amlaw 200). While selling something I believe in, I've always focused on the value to justify the price & leave a little room to negotiate.

If I personally believe in a terrific, purposeful value packed product that commands a certain price- I would make sure it gets reflected the way you position, pitch and solves a crucial pain point like no other.

Looking to get into photography and want to splurge on my first non phone / non point and shoot camera. I’m trying to decide between the Nikon Z50 and the Canon EOS RP. I will mostly use it for landscape, and then family friends pets in casual settings. I’m hoping to find a camera I can learn on and grow into. I don’t expect lens selection to be a major factor for me as I doubt I will carry multiple lenses - probably just one at a time. Any advice?

FINALLY saved up enough for a Leica kit - I was very excited for the CL - but the shop suggested the Q2 as a really great travel camera, and now I’m not sure what to get. Anyone here shoot Leica? I’m looking for a simple to use, compact travel camera. I love the lens -swap on the CL (one day want to own an M and SL kit) - but the Q2 has me thinking…

Anybody here have a Canon R and thinking about the R6 Mk 2? I'm debating. Biggest negative for me is the drop from the 30 mp sensor down to the 24 mp sensor. I don't do alot of "action" photography so many of the enhanced R6 features won't get used alot. I don't do video.

I think ISO is better in the R6 Mk 2. I do miss the joystick on my old 7D. IS seems greatly improved.

Is this just FOMO? As a hobbyist who shoots primarily landscapes, is this an upgrade I need?
