Or maybe they’ve found the right team/boss/fit for them. And people change. But yes, sometimes it definitely raises my eyebrows
Yes. I didn’t continue with one digital agency when I learned they hired my old ACD who was not only ineffective at his job but also verbally bullied people. You can always keep crazy hidden for 30 min interviews but eventually it comes out.
This is the double edge sword of the whole interview process I hate. I can’t tell anyone about how bad that ACD is cause then I look crazy. So nothing happens and they get to keep being a jerk to the next person
I’ve noped out of opportunities soooo many times.
I base it more on attitude. If I’ll be working for a known toxic boss, then no way. Maybe if I’m unemployed. But probably still not then.
I had a dream the other night that I had a job interview at an agency but while I was interviewing my former co-worker (who is a terrible person) walked in the door. I told the interviewer I had to leave and I walked out.
I guess that answers that question!
Oh yes! I would never work at a place that hires people that I think suck. If you we both look at the same book and have two very different opinions about it then it’s not a place for me
Yes
Rising Star
Depends on their role. If they’re in a leadership position then sure.
Nah. But also yepppp cause someone who was a terrible person to me works so why put myself through that again?
100%
Yes if they’re on my shitlist.
