Currently commuting from Newport Beach to Beverly Hills 4x a week for work. I thought I could last till lease expiration (May) but it's really getting to me. Any recs on neighborhoods with sub 1.2k rent? This will be the max I can afford while still paying for my Newport apartment

Folks who trade more than a couple of times a day, do you have to have your crypto in the exchange during the non-trading times ? I am debating if it’s safe to keep in the exchange or is there a better way perhaps moving from cold storage to exchange every time ? I know the transaction fee is a killer . Thoughts ?

4th year at a mid size PI firm.
