Everything is pretty much virtual since COVID. I've had doctor's appointments virtually that went well.
Okay perfect. Thanks
There are no blood tests or anything needed to diagnose for ADHD. They just do behavioral tests. So this can be done virtually and it's way more convenient.
It’s definitely convenient!
Yes, virtual is normal and also possible for these situations. They will likely give you a couple of questionnaires and then discuss them with you. My doctor was accommodating through this process & took time to break it down for me. I hope you have the same experience. I'm sure it'll go great, especially since they have rave reviews. :)
That’s amazing, I didn’t know it was normal tbh
Yes you can be diagnosed virtually.
Yes. It's totally normal. I got diagnosed with adhd virtually over the pandemic. As for me, it was very convienient more so with the weekly check up with my doctor. But since everything is beginning to loosen up, I now meet my doctor personally.
It's been a thing since the pandemic happened which is now the norm for just about anything to be done virtually, even court hearings.
Where is this? Cause I’ve tried to discuss in person with a couple of doctors and always get the “well you did well in school” so you don’t have ADHD response. It is frustrating me to no end because no one seems to listen (F 🐠)
