Where are the best co-working spaces around the city? Ideally, ones that allow you to get a day pass instead of a monthly membership? I like working from my home office, but sometimes I just need a change of scenery.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

I had my first ever coffee with a french press today. I’m italian: the only way to have coffee is with a Bialetti moka or espresso machine at the bar. But I don’t mind try new things.. I just didn’t know V60, aeropress etc existed 🤪

One suggestion, we had new team build 2 years back. All persons have left , only I am left with current project. even I resigned in Dec but got retained.
